Tires are brand new--all season Yokohoma YK520s. Less than 500 miles on the tires. Brakes are brand new--less than 5000 miles. Car was used as corporate vehicle for first four years after production(all the scheduled maintenance was accomplished). I Have not had any irregular problems with the car since I have owned it.
